CAGNEYO is a brand owned by HENG JU BUSINESS LIMITED ("Brand Owner"). The Brand Owner retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the CAGNEYO trademark, logo, and all related intellectual property. HENG JU BUSINESS LIMITED is the seller of record for products sold on this Site.
You must be at least 18 years old to browse and order from CAGNEYO. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully, without misuse, fraud, spam, or attempts to disrupt the service.
Every CAGNEYO doll is made from full TPE or a silicone head + TPE body. Our materials are independently tested to EN 71 standards and per FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 for extraction safety, with additional hazardous substance screening. We don’t say “FDA approved”—we test to FDA standards. Discreet shipping from U.S. warehouses, with support before and after your order.
We collect only the information needed to process orders and provide support, such as your name, address, and email. We do not sell personal information. Data is handled securely and in line with applicable privacy rules.
Our text, imagery, branding, and site design are protected. You may share a link to CAGNEYO, but you may not reproduce or use our content commercially without permission.
Please check that delivery and contact details are correct before placing an order. Prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed through secure providers such as card networks and PayPal.
Delivery estimates and carrier information are explained on our shipping page. Return eligibility and the withdrawal process are explained on our exchanges and returns page. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order before it ships.
Our products are selected for quality and durability. Your statutory consumer rights remain protected. If a product arrives faulty or materially differs from its description, contact us with your order details and supporting evidence.
